The KIN Pact community brings together a unique mix of people working together to accelerate the climate transition. They come from diverse backgrounds and bring varied experiences and specific expertise from the fields of science, practice, and policy. Why?
Because the climate crisis is too urgent to wait until everyone figures out their own part of the puzzle. Moreover, climate change simply doesn’t happen in isolation; it affects everyone. These complex challenges therefore require a broad, systemic perspective that involves collaboration across boundaries. What is a familiar framework for one person is a fresh, innovative perspective for another.
Members of the Pact tackle climate challenges by entering into a ‘pact’, bringing together a wide variety of perspectives. That’s how the best insights emerge!
Together, the Pact Community forms a knowledge ecosystem centered on cross-pollination. They challenge the status quo by learning from and with one another and turning knowledge into action: from Pact to imPact.
