The Pact Online Soapbox is for all Pact members to get to know each other and share what is happening within the Pact. Share what is on your mind, within your organisation or the steps you have taken within your Pact working group and get to know new networks and initiatives.
How do you prepare?
A soapbox session is very accessible; you don’t need to prepare anything. The aim is for your fellow Pact members to get to know you; think of it as a teaser, or make a specific appeal.
Keep the following in mind:
- With or without (1) slide
- Short and powerful
- 5 minutes
What can I share?
- An initial idea for which you are still looking for people
- Current projects, both successes and obstacles
- Latest results
- Calls
Would you like to know more? The contact details of all participants will be shared afterwards. There will be no substantive discussion, but it is possible to continue the conversation digitally for half an hour afterwards.
